Custom Door Design and Specification Support

Cosyhouse supports OEM and ODM door production for international door brands, importers and distributors. Buyers can submit an existing design for manufacturing or work with our team to develop a customized door collection.

OEM and ODM services may include private labeling, customized packaging, exclusive colors, panel designs, hardware configurations and project-specific product specifications. Technical feasibility and minimum order requirements are confirmed during the quotation process.

Prehung Doors and Complete Door Sets

Where required, doors can be supplied as complete prehung door sets rather than door slabs only. A prehung set may include the door leaf, matching frame, architrave, hinges, lock, handle and sealing system.

For fire rated doors, all frames, seals, glazing and hardware must be compatible with the tested or certified door assembly. Buyers should provide the required fire rating and applicable standard before placing an order.

30, 60 and 90 Minute Fire Rated Wood Doors

We manufacture 30-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute fire rated wood door systems for apartments, hotels, hospitals, schools and commercial buildings. Available certification options include applicable UL 10B, UL 10C, Australian, European and New Zealand requirements.

The available rating, size, frame, intumescent seals, smoke seals, glazing and hardware depend on the certification scope of the selected door model. Relevant certification documents or fire test reports can be provided for verification before order confirmation.

Quality Control During Production

Quality control is carried out from material preparation through final packing. Inspection points may include dimensions, surface finish, door and frame matching, opening direction, glass, hardware preparation, lock position and packing condition.

Project buyers can request production updates, inspection photos, video inspection or third-party inspection arrangements before shipment.

Export Packing and International Shipping Support

Doors are packed according to their materials, dimensions and shipping method. Additional protection is used for finished surfaces, corners, glass panels and hardware. We also support container-loading planning and preparation of standard export documents.
